Refund policy
Returns
All items we sold go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped. Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all our orders with care, we think you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase.
We do not accept refunds and returns, only exchanges if the products you purchased directly from us appear to be incorrect from what you ordered, we will gladly accept exchange and if this happens, please contact us at hello@bonapawtit.ph with the details of the product and proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange (if applicable)
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item for exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will deliver the correct item to your same delivery address, within a certain amount of days.

We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
