Shipping policy
Your order will be prepared for shipment after payment confirmation has been made. We ship only every Wednesday (Tuesday cut-off at 5PM) and Saturdays (Friday cut-off at 5PM.)
We ship nationwide (fixed rate for orders below 500g):
Metro Manila - PHP 150 (Additional PHP 20 for COD)
Luzon - 150
Mindanao - 180
Visayas - 180
REMINDER: Due to the ECQ currently being implemented in some parts of the Philippines, the movement will be limited and affected. We apologize for the delay it may cause. Rest assured that we will try to get them to you in the safest and fastest way possible.
Moreover, we currently don't accept shipments going to these barangays due to the lockdown in Cebu City:
- Mambaling
- Brgy. Luz
- Labangon
- Brgy. Suba
- Kamputahaw
- Tejero
- Sambang II
- Dulio Fatima
- Basak San Nicolas
Please also note that all areas of Cebu delivery may take as long as one (1) month.
To track your orders, a tracking number from the courier will be provided as soon as the item has been scheduled for pickup. An automated email or SMS update will be sent out as soon as your parcel is in transit and when it's ready for delivery.
Shipping should take 2-7 working days, sometimes shorter, sometimes longer.
We have no control over the courier and we acknowledge that couriers may encounter delays in shipment. Should this happen, please let us know via email bonapawtit.ph@gmail.com
